1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Related technologies — such as browser local storage — work in a similar way. This policy covers both, and applies to paximizer.com only. The Paximizer product itself is covered by our Privacy Policy.

2. Your choice comes first
Nothing except the strictly necessary cookies below is stored on your device until you agree to it. When you first visit, we ask — you can accept everything, reject everything, or pick per purpose. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.
We do not profile you, we do not sell your data, and we do not use cookies for advertising.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, after which we ask again.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site secure and working. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

4. Analytics cookies — only with your consent
Google Analytics 4, so we can see which pages are useful and which are not. We look at it in aggregate; we do not attempt to identify you.

If you decline, no Google script is loaded at all — not merely blocked from storing data. If you accept and later withdraw, these cookies are deleted.
5. Advertising
We currently run no advertising or remarketing cookies on this site. If that changes, an advertising category will appear in the cookie settings and will be off until you switch it on, and this page will be updated first.
6. Third-party services
- Calendly — our demo booking calendar. It loads on the /demo page, and elsewhere only after you click a “Book a demo” button. Calendly runs inside its own frame, sets its own cookies, and shows its own cookie notice, which you control there. See Calendly’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and protects our contact form. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Google — analytics only, and only with your consent. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
We do not load web fonts, maps, video players, or social widgets from third parties. Our fonts are served from our own domain.
7. International transfers
Where you consent to analytics, data is processed by Google LLC in the United States under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare processes traffic data globally under equivalent safeguards. If you decline analytics, no data reaches Google.
8. Controlling cookies in your browser
Independently of the choice you make here, every browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data — look under Settings → Privacy. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies above may stop the contact form or booking calendar from working.
If you browse with JavaScript disabled, no analytics script can load in the first place, so there is nothing to consent to.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever the cookies we use change — before the change goes live, not after. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
